1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all 14 parishes in Jamaica, including urban and rural areas.
2. Shipping Fees
Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination. For oversized or heavy items (e.g., refrigerators, coolers), we may contact you after order placement to provide a custom shipping quote. Your order will not be processed until you approve the final cost.
3. Carriers
We partner with trusted local delivery services such as Deriveri Jamaica and MailPac to ensure safe and timely delivery.
4. Processing & Delivery Timeframes
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days depending on your location.
- You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is shipped.
5. Delays or Delivery Issues
- Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to correct address errors.
- We are not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, traffic, or incorrect/undeliverable addresses.
- If no one is available to receive the package or the address is incorrect, the carrier may attempt redelivery (1–2 attempts). If delivery fails, the item may be returned to us. Re-shipping will require payment of additional fees.
6. Damaged Goods
If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing shop@quicklinkz.online with photos of the damage and your order number. We will coordinate a replacement or refund under our Refund and Returns Policy.
7. Delivery Confirmation & Expectations
- A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is present, the carrier may leave the package in a secure location or attempt redelivery.
- Standard delivery is to your doorstep or curbside. We do not offer in-home placement, assembly, or installation services.
- For large appliances, ensure clear access (pathways, stairs, doorways) for safe delivery. Delivery personnel are not responsible for moving furniture or navigating unsafe conditions.
