Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or installed appliances.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Final sale, clearance, or “Do Not Buy” items (clearly marked on product page).

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at shop@quicklinkz.online with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 2 business days with:
    • Return authorization (if approved).
    • Shipping instructions and return address.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Funds are returned via the original payment method.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns requested after the 7-day window (if accepted at our discretion).

5. Exchanges

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will replace the item at no cost. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
  • Exchanges are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item (subject to availability).
  • For defective items, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery (see Shipping Policy).
